App Store app not working

Anyone have problems with App Store constantly saying that cannot connect?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Are you getting a specific error you can tell us about? Is this happening on Wi-Fi or on your cellular connection?

Try these steps:

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
