Macbook Pro 2019 13 inch keeps restarting when closing the lid

Hey guys, I have been using my Macbook Pro for 10 months now - but recently, everytime I put it to sleep (by closing the lid) and open it again for a few hours, it doesn't wake up automatically on opening the lid. Rather I have to press the power button for 5 seconds, after which it opens. And the screen says it has been restarted.

This problem in not present in case I leave the Mac for sleep for less than couple of hours. However, leaving it overnight seems to trigger it.

Please let me know if anyone is facing similar issues and have solved it?

Please refer to If your Mac doesn't sleep or wake when expected - Apple Support. Most likely, the actions described under "If the previous steps don't work" are indicated, but read the entire document anyway to make sure you don't omit anything obvious.
