If there is a newer version of the Costco application, then install it, and see if it complains about Safari in iOS 13.6.1. Otherwise, the Costco application is nuts.


If no satisfaction with the first paragraph, install the current Firefox or Chrome browser for iOS, and see if the Costco app complains about them.
