What keyboard combination to Reset NVRAM on a Logitech keyboard ?

I am preparing my mac Mini for trade-in. I have a logitech keyboard (not a mac keyboard). The instructions say "Reset NVRAM: Shut down your Mac, then turn it on and immediately press and hold these four keys together: Option, Command, P, and R. Release the keys after about 20 seconds. " I have no idea what keys on a logitech keyboard map to Option or Command. It's a Windows/Dell keyboard, not a mac keyboard.

Also, do I need to capitalize the P and R with caps lock?
