Yellow airpids

I brought AirPods first generation for a friend in May of this year and only had them a few months and one of the airpods is yellow and when she connects it its so much static that i cant hear her. Has this happened to anyone else

AirPods Pro 2nd gen replacement ear tips not fitting properly Im using AirPods pro 2nd generation for 3 months. I found that air pods replacement ear tips are not fitting properly to the ear pods.
