Hi,
I have got a brand new iphone 11 and want to redeem the 1 year Apple TV offer. However when I tab myself through to the offer - either from the emails I received or from my settings - I only get to sign up for the 1 week free trial.
Any idea how to get the offer up and running?

Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page, signed in, where you’ll see the offer.

Thanks for the info. Tried the software update, but that didn't make a difference, then tried going to the Apple TV website using my phone, but couldn't get it to work there either. But thought I give it a try on a browser using my laptop and finally successful. Was able to redeem the offer when signing in with my Apple ID and now also properly up and running on my phone.

Try installing to software update first.
Then try again to accept the free year , if it still doesn’t work you will need to Contact Support so they can assist with a redemption code to use
