activation lock
my old iphone wont turn on anymore and the new one was used by someone who cant remember the apple id atuff so now we cant unlock the activation lock on the new iphone

If the previous owner cannot or will not remove their Apple ID from the "new" phone, it will be totally useless to you. No one here, nor Apple can help you with this. If you purchased this phone, ask for a refund.
