Apple Watch

Hi, my apple watch is on the charger and it's just flashing the logo sign then fading red and getting hot. the watch won't turn on, i tried a hard restart and i still have nothing. it's still blinking while on the charger but won't go any further. what does that mean?

Hi Sam. First thing to try is a force restart by pressing and holding down both Digital Crown and side button on your watch for 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. The restart may take a little while and you should feel a (haptic) vibration when it's finally on. If your Apple Watch still does not start, contact Apple Watch Service, make the Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider so they can check out what is wrong. Contact - Official Apple Support. https://locate.apple.com/. If it is the battery, as it sounds to my untrained ear (assuming the restart doesn't resolve things, then it may run about $79 out of warranty. With a new model watch just around the corner -- closer even maybe -- you might want to stay tuned...

Good luck!
