why won't all items of 10.15.6 update. I go through the process over and over and it still says "not all updates have installed"

There is a 10.15.6 Supplemental update which may have an iBridge and EFI Boot ROM update inside of it. It would require a series of reboots as the Supplemental is installed.

I have 10.15.6 already on my Mac mini, but it still says there are new updates and some items are not installing
