i have added a simple arrow. When i say done, get error msg could not save, try later.
I am on 13.6, so please don’t answer upgrade to current release. A lot of people are having this problem. Goes back to 13.1 as far as I can see. Still no fix. Release 13 has been a disaster, imo.

Is this issue occurring with just one specific photo or every photo that you try to edit?
If this is occurring with every single photo, the next troubleshooting step would be to backup then restore the OS and set it up as new.

We see that you are on 13.6. The current version of iOS is 13.6.1, therefore we suggest you update first and then try to edit the photo again. Also, as stated before, is this occurring with one specific photo or with any photo that you edit?

I have over 80gb available. I am on 13.6 as I told you. What exactly would you have me update to?
Oops, sorry. I am on 13.6.1. I realize that upgrade to latest is always the first, and easiest answer.

There is an item on the edit menu that was set off. When you choose options, the ‘markup’ item was off. I have no idea what that menu item is for, what it means. But i set it on, and now all is OK.
