If I delete some contents such as photos, videos or anything from my device, iPhone/iPad, would the one saved on iCloud be deleted too?

Would the contents saved on my iCloud be deleted too if I delete some from device?

iCloud is a sync service. This means that if you delete e.g. a photo on your device or in iCloud, it is deleted everywhere. But you can save storage on your device: read the section ‘save space on your device’ https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204264
