I bought a Macbook pro in 2015, model is Macbook pro Retina 15" mid 2015.
Since then, haven't used it on regular basis as I use a Windows Laptop as my regular daily use, so far it hasn't been plugged in to charge even 200 times, but now battery backup is shorten to 2 hrs (maximum).
Is this a normal battery performance in almost five years of times without adequate use?

Try an SMC reset.
If the battery has been left completely discharged for any length of time the battery can become permanently damaged. If a laptop with a Lithium-ion battery isn't going to be used for a while, then the battery needs to be charged to about 50% and the laptop completely powered off (Apple menu --> Shutdown). Periodically the battery will need to be charged to 50% again, but the battery should never be left discharged (0%).
