Forgotten Apple password on iPad

I have not used my ipad for 2-3 years now I cannot remember the icloud password. The recovery password is also setup to same icloud id. What can I do to recover now? As when I reset the password it sends email to ...@icloud.com email which I have no access to.

I remember all the contents on my iPad and the areas where I have used the iPad. Is there any email support where I can send all the details and if verified they can reset the password.
