Screen display
Why is the screen display of my iPhone having lines. It has also turned yellow. Didn't drop it?

I have a thin green line running down the long axis of the screen...it just showed up and seems to be permanent. Didn't get the phone (IPhone X) wet and it is supposed to be waterproof anyway. AppleCare expired two months ago naturally.
