iCloud problem


I bought 2 TB in iCloud because I was getting a message that there is not enough space.

The phone in iCloud shows this 2 TB, and there is still 32 GB in the memory space and reports that there is not enough space.

Nothing works, everything I try to enter turns off.

I don't have any photos on my phone.

I don't know what I should do.

I keep popping up with a message that I have insufficient memory, where I bought the largest possible iCloud option.

Please help.

iCloud storage can only help in a very limited way with a shortage of storage on the phone itself. See the following for information: About storage on your device and in iCloud - Apple Support
