my ipad is disabled

I have not used my ipad in years, I charged it, but cannot remember the password to unlock the screen. It is not listed in my devices in my icloud.

The passcode won't be listed anywhere. You will have erase the iPad using your home computer with iTunes to restore the iPad. You must at least know your Apple ID and Apple ID Password for this work. Follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
