Configuring alert from ST Home Monitor

I use SmartThings home monitor and it sends me an alert at the top of my iPhone screen if there is an intrusion. This alert has the same generic sound (it’s called Tri-tone, I think) as other alerts. A home intrusion is a little more important than, say, the latest email from EBay.

is there some way I can I configure the phone to get a distinctive and loud tone, unassociated with any other functions? And will this work even if the phone is on do not disturb? (If there is an intrusion, that is obviously more important than do not disturb.)

i have looked at a few push notification apps but they seem useless or too complicated.
