AirPods disconnect

Hi, My AirPods connect (in case) for a few seconds then disconnect. Previously the left ear would work only. I forget the devise and then both would work. Now, they do not connect at all. I tried hard reset and numerous forget devices, and cleaning(no solution). Any ideas?

iPhone 11, iOS 13
