iPhone remove in FindMyPhone

I accidentally removed my stolen iPhone in the list of devices. I was restoring my current iPhone and it asked me to turn off the FindMyPhone. And since both IPhone were listed as IPhone, I cannot tell which is the current iPhone.

What will happen now to the stolen iPhone? It’s been like 3 years since it was stolen.

See the following from If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.

Note that they would not be able to access any of your data. Also, after 3 years it's unlikely that anyone would still have it and try to use it.

If you want to give your new phone a unique name you can do that at Settings > General > About > Name on the phone.
