My iPhone 7 plus is showing a message of mobile data update failure... I tried all the ways to get it recover but I can't... now the device is erased after resetting and now it's unable to activated because of mobile data update failure

I’m having the exact same issue on my iPhone 7. It started on Thursday, August 27. And I’ve gone through the same steps, except resetting the phone back to factory settings via my personal computer. Are there other iPhone 7 users having this issue recently?
