My iPhone 7 plus is showing a message of mobile data update failure... I tried all the ways to get it recover but I can't... now the device is erased after resetting and now it's unable to activated because of mobile data update failure

I’m having the exact same issue on my iPhone 7. It started on Thursday, August 27. And I’ve gone through the same steps, except resetting the phone back to factory settings via my personal computer. Are there other iPhone 7 users having this issue recently?

If we understand, you're seeing the alert "Cellular Update Failed" and after restoring, you're now unable to activate your iPhone. More details about the alert can be found here: If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart
Since the issue continues with the steps you've taken, you'll want to have your iPhone in for service. Check into available service options here: Contact Apple Support
