Have you (previously) perhaps signed-up for a subscription? Maybe a subscription which became effective today, was charged to your bank today?

I checked my subscriptions, yes i purchased for chegg one month ago, and after that i stopped my visa card for the online, and i forgot to cancel the subscription on chegg, so can you help me and refund my money back ? because i don’t need the subscription anymore
