Apple pay error in Chegg app

Hello, two days ago I did subscription to “Chegg study”, and I paid to them using Apple pay, but unfortunately I couldn’t access Chegg study after purchasing with Apple pay, Money has already been deducted from me, I asked chegg and they told me that they did not receive anything, no subscription in my email which I registered in Chegg, I provided a picture of the active subscription but when I try to access Chegg study I don’t find access.
