Strange folder in the Library
I found this very strange folder in the Library called didynamy.ee .The folder contains an application of the same name.
Please help me figure out if it could be malware or virus.

You are in one of the Macintosh HD libraries <Library>. That folder is from 2018 and a possible carry over from a previous macOS which you have no control.
not your user < ~/Library> Hold the Option (or Shift key) when Finder>Go> if you do not see your ~/Library

You do not have r/w privileges to make changes in the /Library or System/Library
