I have a folder that showed up on my desktop "My Certified Service Confirmation_files"
What is that?

the above files are in that folder.
style.css
I clicked certified-service-logo.png and the Chevrolet GMC etc. showed up and that's where we had our tires installed.

P.S. I'm just going to delete that file.
We just had tires put on our car but that was over the phone. is this something that we should be worried about?
These appear to be the supportive files for a web page. Did you recently set up a service appointment for something like a car?
