I have set up family sharing for my son
I have then erased an Iphone 5 but when I am trying to set up the phone with the above apple ID it says apple ID locked and neither of the options (sent email or unlock with security questions works).
Can you please advice on how to unlock the apple ID?

If you use security questions with your Apple ID, or if you don't have access to atrusted device or phone number, go to iforgot.apple.com. Then you can unlock your account with your existing password or reset your password.
