On an Android phone using their version of Wallet (G Pay) I can add things like my Alamo Insiders card, my American Airlines Frequent Flyer card, my Hilton Worldwide card, etc.
This is all under G Pay then Passes.
I don't see any such corollary in Apple Wallet.
Is there a way to add these or does Apple only work with an actual pass like an airline ticket/pass?

Those mentioned need to create an Apple compatible pass. I have loyalty cards for Walgreens but there does seem to be a void. my Kroger card was not loaded but I am not sure they (Kroger) made one available for Apple.
Here....I think you have to do it in a roundabout way.
I use key ring for anything I can't add to Wallet.
This is just for actual passes though right? Not cards like I mentioned.
I get that you can add a pass for a specific flight for example, but as to a loyalty card for a hotel or airline, there doesn't seem to be any support for those on Apple that I can see.
