anyone else have a problem with their iPhone11 screen coming away from the Aluminium Body? My phone screen has a average of 6-7mm gap down the side but the aluminium body is not bent? Maybe the battery is swelling?

Your battery is expanding. Stop using the device and get the battery replaced by Apple.
