Phone calls
I recently receive 20 phone calls in one day on my land line telling me that my iCloud acct. had been breached and requesting a call back or to report to toll free number with a 315 prefix. Was I correct to assume this was Phishing.

Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.Â
