Signed in inactive iCloud, can't sign out because I don't know the password

My uncle from USA gave me an iPhone 5s, iOS 12, it has inactive iCloud and FindMyiPhone on. I can't sign out of it because the email doesn't exist, I'm from Macedonia and I don't have anyone from Apple Support which I can contact, except here. Is there any way I can remove the iCloud and add mine and start using the phone as normal ?

Hi TheGlitch,

Thanks for your post! We understand that you are now in possession of a device that has an inactive Apple ID signed in with an email that does not exist. You would need the Apple ID password to remove the account. If you restore the device, the device may be activation locked.

We suggest attempting to have your uncle in the US contact Apple Support to resolve the Apple ID issue.
