FIX (?) for note Unavailable: The Owner stopped sharing, or you don't have permission to open it?

I've recently made a list in notes. I've tried sharing this note with my mother; however, she receives the error mentioned up above. Yet, I share the same note with my Sister and Girlfriend, and they receive it with no issue, and are able to edit the note. They all have the most recent iPhone and updated IOS.

Is there any possible fix to the issue?
