Unknown error (5113). iCloud Music library won’t work on Windows 10 PC

Checked for updates for both Windows 10 and iTunes, signed in and out of my account, rebooted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, went to edit > preferences > general and toggled “sync iCloud Music Library”. No luck with any of these. My music library works fine on my iPhone 8 Plus, but on my PC it just skips over all the songs and only plus songs I actually purchased. Just dumb that it won’t work on my laptop while I’m doing school work. Isn’t that what I pay a Apple Music subscription for??

Windows, Windows 10

Hey there, A_bAdGe_BuNNy.

It sounds like you've been having issues syncing your Apple Music library on your Windows PC. We also see that you've spent a good amount of time troubleshooting this on your own.

In this case, you might want to contact support for additional assistance: Get Support

You also have the option to listen to your Apple Music library through the Apple Music web browser.

Take care!

I didn't troubleshoot on my own. Those are literally all the options that Apple Support gave me. I exhausted them all. In conclusion, I am literally paying a subscription for something that I am being limited on. Listen to my music subscription through a web browser? No thanks. Apple chooses to not be compatible with any brand besides their own. I think it's time I part ways and go to an Android. Spotify and Amazon Music are just as good now, if not superior.
