Unfortunately you cannot!

You could restore your phone to a backup. Whatever was the call history status until that last backup date will be restored, now, when on the date you do the restore.

Sidenote: Your cellular carrier company may be able to give you a coy of your call log. Most companies make it available via their website - with an account login.
