My MacBook Pro is frozen in the startup phase white screen , Apple in the middle, and the bar underneath is at about 1/4 of the way and the fan is on but it’s not going any further . Can somebody please help me . I’m not tech savvy and this has never happened . Thanks I hope there is a cure for this !!!!
