USB-C ethernet connection

How do I connect ethernet with my USB-C adapter on my macbook?

Just plug the ethernet cable into the adapter port.


If the ethernet adapter is not being recognized go to Apple Menu->System Preferences->Networking and make sure the ethernet connection shows up there.


If its not appearing, then contact the manufacturer of the ethernet adapter and make sure its compatible with your Mac, and that you don''t need to download drivers for it from somewhere.
