stolen macbook

So I sold my MacBook to one of these tech purchasing companies

and it’s gone missing on its way there (funny that) basically I switched off find my phone and iCloud on it but don’t think I deleted all of my information off it, is there anyway if having it remotely locked without find my phone?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
