Ipad Pro 2019 Heating issue

My Ipad pro 2019 edition is getting overheated on the left side while using apps like procreate for more than 20-30 min. The left side of the screen literally gets too hot to touch.

Is this a hardware issue? Please suggest what to do. Thanks in advance.

Procreate is CPU intensive; higher iPad temperatures when using Procreate are normal - however, your iPad should not become uncomfortably hot to handle.

Is your iPad in a case? If so, removing the case may help with cooling of the iPad when using CPU/graphics intensive Apps.
