What are you going on about? The Trust Store on an iPhone is simply a file with a list of validated public certificates for trusted web addresses. If you go to a site whose certificate is not in the trust store you will get a warning that the site may be dangerous to visit. As certificates are updated the trust store is updated when you update iOS. As of the latest iOS update (13.7) the Trust Store version is 2020070800, asset version 8. Here is more information about its contents—>List of available trusted root certificates in iOS 13, iPadOS 13, macOS 10.15, watchOS 6, and tvOS 13 - Apple Support. Unfortunately, the link does not include the most recent update from July of this year. I’ve reported that and hope to see it fixed shortly.

It is not possible to spy on an iPhone unless it has been jailbroken. Which drives the NSA crazy, because even they can’t spy on iPhones. They wish they could, and keep trying to force Apple to make it possible. So far unsuccessfully.

What symptoms are you seeing that you are misinterpreting as someone spying on the iPhone?
