two people having account on one IPAD
My IPAD is connected to my apple ID and account and my gmail account . I would like someone else to be able to use it also and want them to have their own account. and access their own gmail. How do I do that ?

Your iPad is fundamentally not designed or intended to be used by multiple users.
For consumer devices, iPad and iPhone follows a “single-user” paradigm. Each user should have their own iOS/iPadOS device - with which they use their own AppleID.
Be aware that if, having signed-out of iCloud on the device, you sign-in with a different AppleID, you’ll not be able to switch back to the original AppleID for 90-days.
Whilst multiple/different email accounts can be configured, all email associated with each account will be visible to the current user of the device whist the email account is signed-in. The are no restrictions pertaining to sign-out/sign-in to individual email accounts from third-party service providers.
