Movies won’t load

I’m trying to watch a movie and it won’t load. I just keep getting the circle, but it never loads. I need to refresh it, I guess, but not sure how. Please help

Try signing out of the tv app and sign back in

It’s an LG TV with an Apple TV app

All other apps work fine. I haven’t used this in a couple months, now it’s not working properly. I have a subscription for a year
