iCloud Drive stuck
everytime i want to enable my icloud drive this always happened, what should i do??

What about signing out of it and back in?

Have you tried restarting the device?
Did you tap on the Upgrade button? iCloud Drive is now the Files app. I believe that is what it wants to upgrade to. See the "Use iCloud Drive on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC" section in:

i already did many times, but nothing happened, its still stuck in that menu
yeah i already try that too, but the result is still same
i just try it now but nothing changed
