Can’t enable iCloud Drive

Trying to enable iCloud Drive but the dialog box is out of screen. Tried rotating but still can’t confirm or choose anything. At the attached look at top left corner. Tried rebooting etc without success

Can't enable iCloud Drive on Win10 PC I open the the iCloud control panel on my win10 PC tick the iCloud Drive selection and click the apply button. The iCloud Drive then deselects. All the other choices, photos, passwords, etc., remain selected. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud but no go. I am at a loss as to what to do. On all my other Apple devices iCloud Drive functions correctly. Note the iCloud Drive had been functioning correctly on my PC.
