Is the heart rate reliable on Apple Watch?

When I lying down on the bed it shows the bpm around 60, but when I stand up suddenly after that it shows the bpm between 80 and 100.


The only time it matches the standing bpm is, when you lie on your stomach and put your hands above your head.


My poor sleepwatch app shows that I have a very good heartrate when I sleep lol. It always record around 55 to 60bpm and this is the reason. lol


I am using Apple Watch S4, 44mm, and I did wear the watch correctly, not very loose and not very tight, btw. :)


What things we can do to rectify it? or this is how it made and we need to live with it?
