How to repair Time Machine Backups CS storage?

I can't use the Time Machine Disk, could you help me! please?

Disk Utility can't repair it

The drive cannot be repaired. It is therefor unreliable along with your backup.

You could try erasing the drive and starting a backup over again.

You should probably establish an additional backup if you intend to reuse that disk.
