Seriously?

You said you have 1.8GB available and you can clearly see the next backup size 117.79GB. Do the math.

Resolve it by getting more iCloud space or using iTunes.

Are you using iCloud Photos?

you've never backed up this device. You have no idea how much space it needs. telling us you have 1.8GB available means nothing. It's how much you need that answers your question.

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > manage storage > backups > [name of this phone] > Next Backup Size?

iTunes use your Mac/PC storage so is not as limited as iCloud.
