There are 5 items in App store appearing for upgrade, however whenever I'm trying to update it says 'app is refunded or bought using other Apple ID'. In actual, its my same Apple ID used across all other products, Mac or iPad or iPhone.
Any idea what could be the issue?

OS is updated with latest however still not able to update the Apps, these are existing Mac Apps such as Numbers, Keynote, Pages, GarageBand, etc.
