Cannot update billing information

Cannot update billing information

I have tried following this post https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266 to update my billing information as I have moved and there is no way to change billing address.

On my iPhone I have gone to Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Clicking Apple ID > logged in > Payments and Shipping > Edit Payment Information > Everything is grayed out.

On my Mac I went to App Store > Selecting my user > View Information > Logged in > click edit next to billing address. There was no area to change my billing address.

The only payment method I have on any device is Apple Card and there is no way that I can find that allows me to change my billing address. This is very frustrating.

How can I edit this?

I am using iPhone iOS 14 Beta on iPhone 11 Pro max

I am using Mac OS 10.15.6

Since you are using your Apple Card as your payment method, your billing address is probably tied to the billing address of the Apple Card. Have you changed the billing address on the Apple Card?
