No sound on iPhone 7 calls

My iPhone 7 Plus speaker not working or I don’t hear sound from phone when someone call, but I receive the call using Bluetooth. How May get help to update the phone problem? I try 8 different types of techniques from online information but not work?

My iPhone 7 Plus has just started having this issue. Can take calls through Bluetooth headphones and car but nothing coming through on phone and speaker symbol is greyed out. Has anyone got a resolution to the problem?

I had the same thing happened today my heart sunk just purchased these for Christmas so I get it. Call Apple directly they are very helpful they will send you out a new pair and have you send back the Defective AirPods with return address label after you receive your new ones.
