Hey guys, I have installed the WhatsApp App on my iMac but according to the instructions I am seeing on the web there is supposed to be an option on my iPhone XR titled WhatsApp web but not seeing it in WhatsApp settings, help please?
Yes, yes it can. You open the web.whatsapp.com website, and scan the presented QR code with your iPhone.
As I said, the option is inside the Whatsapp App on your iPhone. It is not in the Whastapp settings in the iOS Settings App.

Thanks but sorry I am not seeing the same thing on both iPhone XR's here.
When I click on Settings on the HOME screen then scroll all the way down to the bottom and select the WhatsApp tab this is what is showing on the next screen:
In settings its the second option under Starred Messages. It says "Whatsapp Web/Desktop"
Its in the Settings section inside the App itself.
Open the Whatsapp app, back out to your list of chats and tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen as shown in the pic above.
Yes thanks. I am trying to use WhatsApp on the web to chat in the same way as I do on my phone, would you be able to tell me if that online option from my pc's desktop can work like that please?
