iPhone Camera Glass Replacement

Ok, so I have a iPhone XS Max from my Mom for about 4 months now, and she also bought some hard cases for the phone. And I also bought some camera glass protector some kind of thing and I applied it to the camera glass. After sometime, I noticed a crack on the protector and I was panicking, I asked myself if I wanna remove the protector and replace it with a new one. After sometime again, I noticed that it got removed and now there’s a crack on the camera glass itself. The crack is near the camera microphone (the small circle) and near the flashlight. And I’m asking if I can go to a Authorized Apple Repair Center and just tell them to replace it? Will it be possible?
